A study was made on the incorporatlon of sodium radiated rats treated with a homologous native liver DNA from non-irradiated rats. The results indicate that the injected homologous native liver DNA affects the metabolic activity of the liver and spleen RNA of lethally irradiated (LD/sub 100/30/) rats on the fourth day after the irradiation and treatment.
