AMPLITUDE DISCRIMINATOR CIRCUIT USING TUNNEL DIODES (in French)

Journal Article · · Nuclear Instr. & Methods
A pulse amplitude discriminator using Tunnel diodes is described. The circuits are entirely d-c coupled. Several options are possible, allowing a compromise between sensitivity and time resloution. Typical values are: (1) Sensitivity: 12 mV; resolving time: 20 ns. (2) Resolving time: 12 ns; sensitivity: 1 V. (auth)
