THE ANGULAR DISTRIBUTION OF $gamma$-RAYS FROM THE FISSION OF U$sup 23$$sup 5$

Experimental investigations covering the angular distribution of gamma rays emitted in the slow neutron induced fission of U/sup 235/ are reported. Uranium enriched to 96% in U/sup 235/, deposited electrolytically on 1 mm aluminum backing, was used as a target. (C.E.S.)
