Differential cross sections of elastic pi - pi scattering at S/sub pi pi / 2.0 and 14.4 Bev were calculated, and it is shown that at S/sub pi pi / = 2.0 Bev the scattering is almost isotropic. The total cross section of pi - pi interaction, sigma /sub tot/ = 15 mb, obtained by the optical theorem is in agreement with the data obtained by V. N. Gribov et al. (Zh. Exp. Teor. Fiz., 42:
