DSDE--A COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR CALCULATION OF MULTIGROUP THERMAL SCATTERING CROSS SECTIONS

A computer program, DSDE, for calculating flux weighted multigroup scattering cross sections by numerical integration of a differential scattering kernel supplied as a Fortran function subprogram is described. The integration is performed by a Gaussian integration routine of proven high efficiency. Scattering cross sections are normalized and punched in format suitable for input to the ULCER library code. Addressable data input are used, so that successive problems can be specified with minimal effort. Four scattering kernel options, under external control, are provided. (auth)
