A flow control means is adopted to regulate the delivery of moderator to the reactor vessel as a function of acceleration of the reactor upon movement. The variation of the density of the liquid in the vessel is reduced by the flow control, which increases the delivery upon reduction of density and reduces delivery upon increase of density. (C.E.S.)
