S-35 was produced in JRR-1 reactor, and in order to confirm the basis for the production of this nuclide, several experiments were carried out. As a target material for the production of S-35 with (n,p) reaction on Cl-35, chlorine compounds such as ammonium chloride, potassium chloride, and benzene hexachloride (B.H.C.) were tested. (T.F.H.)
