THE DETERMINATION OF GOLD IN HUMAN LIVER BY THERMAL NEUTRON ACTIVATION ANALYSIS

Journal Article · · Physics in Medicine and Biology (England)

A method for the determination of gold in biological materials by neutron activation analysis is described. Using this method the gold concentration in 32 samples of human liver was found to range from 13 to 790 g/g wet tissue with a median value of 57 g/g. (auth)
