CALCULATIONS OF LOW PRESSURE PLASMA PARAMETERS IN NEON (in Russian)

Magnitudes of T/sub e/, E/sub z/, and N/sub I/ in a neon incandescent cathode discharge at 0.02 to 0.2 mm Hg were calculated using the Klyarfeld method and considering losses by emission. Correlations of obtained data with probe measurements showed satisfactory agreement. (tr-auth)
