DEFINITION OF PLASMA PARAMETERS IN Ne-Hg MIXTURE (in Russian)

Journal Article · · Zh. Tekhn. Fiz.
OSTI ID:4763624
S>The temperature and concentration of electrons in a NeHg plasma mixture at neon pressures of 0.5 to 1 mm Hg and mercury pressures of 10/sup -3/ to 10/sup -2/ mm were determined by a probe method. The mean electron energy and drift rate were calculated by means of electron distribution rate functions, considering elastic and inelastic interactions. (tr-auth)
