Data on milk radioactivity obtained at Ispra in the period 1960 to 1962 are presented. Particular concern was given to the observed ratio STAU. S. (milk)/U. S. (diet)!, the ratio U. S./U.K., and the relative contribution of direct and indirect contamination evaluated by the Sr/sup 89//Sr/sup 90/ ratio. The methods of analysis and measurements are described. (auth)
