THE SYSTEM UAl$sub 2$-UFe$sub 2$

The vertical section between UAl/sub 2/ and UFe/sub 2/ in the U-Al--Fe ternary system was investigated using conventional techniques. The two component phases are found to have a relatively wide range of terminal solid solubility and are separated by two unidentified ternary compounds having a complex structure. (auth)
