INELASTIC INTERACTIONS OF $pi$$sup -$ MESONS WITH NUCLEONS AT 6.8 Bev ENERGY (in Chinese)
Inelastic interactions (130) of pi /sup -/ mesons and nucleons were studied in nuclear emulsions at 6.8 Bev. The angular and momentum distributions of secondary protons and pi /sup plus or minus / in the pi /sup -/ center-of- mass systems are in good agreement with published data and in principle are described by the mechanism of peripheral interactions. The data were used for calculating the magnitude of the total energy of secondary particles (except protons) in their center-ofmass systems. The distribution according to total energy was correlated with the theoretical curve constructed for peripheral interactions in one-meson approximation. The peaks observed on the curve at approximately 1.93 and 1.58 Bev were analyzed. (tr-auth)
