The Weizsacker-Williams method was used to calculate the bremsstrahlung in high-energy electron-electron scattering. It was assumed that the velocity of the particle approached the speed of light and that it was traveling in a straight line. The principles of the method were described, and the inaccuracies inherent in the replacement of an electron field with a radiatlon field were given. The structure of the electron was expressed by the modification of the Coulomb field. The formula for the effective cross section of the bremsstrahlung was derived and includes the bremsstrahlung for a point particle, the structure of the particle at rest. and the structure of the incident fast electron. The structure terms reduce the effective cross section. The method is applicable to electron-proton scattering. (J.S.R.)
