Quadrupole coupling constants for Cl/sup 35/ in potassium tetrachloroplatinate were calculated on the assumption that the asymmetry parameter is zero. Spectra were obtained with a conventional Zeeman-modulated superregenerative spectrometer using lock-in detection. The quadrupole coupling constants were calculated as 36.26, 36.14, and 35.85 at -196, -79, and 0 deg C, respectively. (P.C.H.)
