Comment on the forward angle pp$gamma$ data at 156 MeV

Proton-proton bremsstrahlung cross sections at 156 MeV are calculated and compared to the Orsay experimental data. Both relativistic effects and noncoplanar effects are found to be important for forward-angle scattering. Agreement with Orsays data is much better if these effects are included. (auth)
