SMALL ANGLE SCATTERING OF 1.33 Mev AND 1.17 Mev GAMMA RAYS

Journal Article · · Nuclear Phys.
The differential scattering cross section for gamma rays of energy 1.53 Mev and 1.17 Mev scattered by lead and copper at angles varying from 1 deg to 8 deg has been measured. The result is in fair agreement with the elastic scattering cross section calculated by the form factor method and the Hartree electron distribution. (auth)
