High energy behavior of total cross sections for e$sup +$$e$$sup -$ scattering and the slope at q$sup 2$ = 0 of the Dirac form factor

The slope at q/sup 2/ = 0 of the fourth order Dirac form factor is expressed in terms of various exclusive high energy cross sections for e/sup +/e/ sup -/ scattering. The agreement between high energy and low energy calculations is obtained. (auth)
