Translated from Prib. Tekh. Eksp.; 16: No. 4, 99-101(1973). The circuit of a matrix decoder with a number of inputs ranging from 7 to 15 is described which is designed for use in systems of coordinate pickups (scintillation hodoscopes, spark, and proportional chambers, etc.) in accelerator experiments. The maximum speed of response of the circuit is 30 MHz. (auth)
