From international nuclear industries fair; Basel, Switzerland (16 Oct 1972). A prototype pump for use with reactors up to 1200 MW(e) was developed. The characteristics are briefly but completely outlined. The basic hydraulic problems encountered in the design and construction are discussed. The further studies planned are outlined. (JSR)
