Full load testing of primary coolant pumps for nuclear power plants (in German)

From international nuclear industries fair; Basel, Switzerland (16 Oct 1972). With increase in power reactor size there is increasing requirements on pump size and performance. The advantages and disadvantages of a model study of pumps to determine their characteristics under increased fuH load are outlined. The design of an installation for the full load testing of pumps is described. (JSR)
