Uptake of /sup 99m/Tc-stannous polyphosphate in an area of cerebral infarction

Journal Article · · J. Nucl. Med., v. 15, no. 3, pp. 207-209
OSTI ID:4306707

Two cases of uptake of /sup 99/Tc-stannous polyphosphate in cerebral infarctions are presented. The possibility of this isotope being used to differentiate infarction from tumor is discussed and the superiority of /sup 99m/ Tc-stamous polyphosphate to outline the area of infarction is demonstrated.
