AUTORADIOGRAPHY WITH TRITIUM

Applications of tritium as a biological tracer are discussed. The advantages of tritium for the preparation of autoradiographs are pointed out. Studies are described in which tritium-labeled thymidine was used in studies on desoxyribonucleic acid synthesis. (C.H.)
