TOXICOLOGIC STUDIES WITH DIDYMIUM NITRATE AS MODIFIED BY SITE OF INJECTION AND WHOLEBODY RADIATION

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4255881
The rare-earth mixture didymium (as the nitrate) was administered to rats intrperitoneally, subcutaneously, and in wound implantation. Mortality and clinical sequelae were observed. When groups of these ation, mortality was increased in all treatment groups. This increase was statistically significant in the intraperitoneal experiment and the combined effect appears to be synergistic. (auth)
