Progress is reported in a study of the nature and extent of radiation damage to the chromosome system of prespermatocytic cells in male mice subjected to x irradiation at various doses. Data are included on offspring produced by each male, and cytological characteristics of chromosomal aberrations capable of producing semi-sterility. (C.H.)
