The antigenic structure of nucleic nucleoproteids, cytoplasmatic granules, and hyaloplasm from the liver of irradiated rabbits was compared with that or corresponding fractions of healthy animals in the anaphylaxis reaction with desensitization. The inpestigation demonstrated that the antigenic component is present in all fractions of the irradiated liver. In the fractions of nucleic nucleoproteids and cytoplasmatic granules of irradiated tissues one of the components of normal tissue, which was contained in the hyaloplasm of irradiated animals, could not be revealed. Immunization of rats with proteins, changed by irradiation, did not rise their resistance to irradiation. (auth)
