THE DECAY OF $sup 144$Ce

Journal Article · · Proc. Phys. Soc. (London)
The beta, gamma, and internal conversion electron spectra of Ce/sup 144/ were studied with a magnetic spectrometer, scintillation counter, and coincidence techniques. The internal conversion coefficients of thy 80 and 133 kev gamma rays were measured. Four partial beta spectra were observed and new evidence was found for a level at 166 kev in the Pr/sup 144/ nucleus. No evidence was found for the 95 and 145 kev gamma rays in the decay. (auth)
