A DETERMINATION OF THE SPINS OF THE 3.47 AND 3.61 MEV LEVELS IN Zr$sup 9$$sup 0$

Journal Article · · Arkiv Fysik
OSTI ID:4152979

The angular correlation of the 142 kev to 1.14 Mev gamma cascade in Zr/ sup 90/ was measured. The observed distribution function was found to be W( theta ) = 1 -- (0.063 plus or minus 0.008)P/sub 2/(cos theta ). It is shown that 5, 6, and 8 are the most probable spins of the 2.33, 3.47, and 3.61 Mev levels, respectively. (auth)
