Well knowed activity of heterocyclic compounds so as dithiolane, thiazolidine or thioamide is not exalted when these structures are fixed on position 3 of indole. Hydroxy or methoxy groups fixed on position 5 of indole seem to increase a satisfactory radioprotecting activity. (FR)
