BS>A comparison of the radiosensitivity of the testis of mice and monkeys (Macaca mulatta) exposed to 50 or 100 r x radiation showed that monkeys are 2 to 2.5 times more sensitive to gonadal irradiation than mice. Chromosome aberrations during mitosis in spermatocytes and germinal epithelium were used as an index of radiation damage. (C.H.)
