Results are reported from a study of the radiosensitivity of spermatogonia during various developmental stages in monkeys (Macaca mulatta). An attempt was made to establish the cause of temporary sterility in monkeys exposed to doses of 50 or 100 r x radiation. Comparison of results with data on mice showed that spermatogonia of all types are more radrosensitive in monkeys than in mice. (C.H.)
