ON THE POSSIBILITY OF OBTAINING IMMUNE SERA ALLEVIATING THE COURSE OF RADIATION SICKNESS IN EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS (in Russian)

Journal Article · · Med. Radiol
OSTI ID:4120827
Studies were made on the possibility of sorption by aluminum hydroxide of specific proteins occurring in the serum of irradiated albino rats to obtain preparations for subsequent immunization of animals. Specific sera, resulting from the triple immunization of albino rats with the above preparations, alleviated the course of radiation sickness in test animals. The data so far obtained is considered to be tentative. (P.C.H.)
