IN INVESTIGATION OF PROPERTIES OF TRANSURANIC ELEMENTS BY USING A SUPERLFUID MODEL OF A NUCLEUS

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4107349
A study is presented of the properties of the stronglydeformed transuranic elements using a superfluid model of a nucleus. As a self- consistent fleld the Nilsson potential, with energy levels slightly corrected in accordance with the experimental data, is used. Under the assumption of the adiabatic approximation the singleparticle levels of both odd and even-even nuclei and the pairing energies are calculated. The corrections to beta and gamma -transition probabilities are made. (auth)
