A BETA spectrometer was used for studying the conversion electron spectra of Re/sup 184/. Conversion lines exhibited either complex decay curves with T/sub 1/2/ approximately 38 and 160 days or simple curves with T/sub 1/2/ approximately 160 days. Decay curves for Re/sup 184/ were compared with conversion lines for Re/sup 183/ (T/sub 1/2 approximately 71 days). The curves for T/sub 1/2 38 days differ in their dip due to the isomeric state effect. Energy levels at 746, 1152, 1376, 1534, and 1470 kev and the transition at 84 kev were analyzed. (R.V.J.)
