PROPERTIES OF HIGH-SPIN ROTATIONAL STATES IN NUCLEI

Journal Article · · Phys. Rev. Letters
Targets of Tb/sup 159/, Ho/sup 165/, and Tm/sup 169/ and projectiles of B/sup duce Yb/sup 166, Hf/sup 166, 168, 170, 172/, and W/sup 172, 174, 176/. The conversion-electron and gamma-ray spectra were studied for the targets during a 3- msec beam burst. Transitions with high probability of association with the ground-state rotational band were studied. Identification up to spin 14 was accomplished. (R.E.U.)
