The spin-lattice relaxation time of F/sup 1//sup 9/ nuclei in Ag/sub 2/F crystals is measured at several temperatures. From the inverse proportionality constant of the relaxation time with respect to temperature in conjunction with the Korringa's theory, it is concluded that the relatively large paramagnetic shift observed is not due to the second-order paramagnetism but to the hyperfine interaction between conduction electrons and F/sup 1//sup 9/ nuclei.
