Latitude-dependence of a forbush type decrease

The latitude dependence of a cosmic ray intensity decrease is determined. It is shown that the relative amplitude does not flatten beyond the latitude knee. It, rather, keeps increasing far beyond the knee. It is also seen that the relative amplitude is not symmetrical around the geomagnetic equator.
