ABS>Gamma-gamma coincidence measurements were made in the decay of isomeric /sup 165/Dy. Energy shifts and expected state mixing between the 1/2+ and 3/2+ rotational bands in /sup 165/Ho were calculated. Observations of the unusual 1/2+ (429.4 kev) level in /sup 165/Ho are discussed. (R.E.U.)
