Impact parameter selected transverse flow measurements have been performed with the Miniball/Wall 4{pi} detector systems. Techniques have been developed to extract the transverse flow independent of uncertainties in the reaction plane determination. Interfering effects such as momentum conservation, particle-particle correlations and azimuthal non-uniformity in the detection array thereby are corrected. The precision in the technique allows accurate measurements of very small transverse flows. The measured transverse flow for the {sup 84}Kr+{sup 197}Au reaction is quite large at E/A = 400 MeV and decreases with decreasing incident energy. At E/A = 35, 55 and 70 MeV, the flow remains very small. The mass dependence of the collective flow for IMF will also be discussed.
