The objective of this paper was a review of the text `Theoretical Nuclear Physics: Nuclear Reactions` by Herman Feshbach. It is a follow-on publication to his earlier work `Theoretical Nuclear Physics`. In the present text, the primary emphasis is on non-relativistic collision and scattering theory, but a substantial segment of the book is dedicated the high-energy, relativistic, and ultrarelativistic interactions. The text closes with a chapter on the interactions of mesons with nuclei.
