We calculate the branching ratios and CP-violating asymmetries for B{sup 0}{yields}{omega}{eta},{omega}{eta}{sup '},{phi}{eta}, and {phi}{eta}{sup '} decays in the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach. The pQCD predictions for the CP-averaged branching ratios are Br(B{sup 0}{yields}{omega}{eta})=(2.7{sub -1.0}{sup +1.1})x10{sup -7}, Br(B{sup 0}{yields}{omega}{eta}{sup '})=(0.75{sub -0.33}{sup +0.37})x10{sup -7}, and Br(B{sup 0}{yields}{phi}{eta})=(6.3{sub -1.9}{sup +3.3})x10{sup -9}, Br(B{sup 0}{yields}{phi}{eta}{sup '})=(7.3{sub -2.6}{sup +3.5})x10{sup -9} which are consistent with currently available experimental upper limits. The inclusion of the gluonic contribution can change the branching ratios of B{yields}{omega}({phi}){eta}{sup '} decays by about 10%. The direct CP-violating asymmetries for B{sup 0}{yields}{omega}{eta} and {omega}{eta}{sup '} decays are generally large in size.
