We calculate the CP-averaged branching ratios and CP-violating asymmetries for B{sup 0}{yields}{eta}{eta}, {eta}{eta}{sup '} and {eta}{sup '}{eta}{sup '} decays by employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach. The pQCD predictions for the CP-averaged branching ratios are Br(B{sup 0}{yields}{eta}{eta}){approx_equal}0.67x10{sup -7}, Br(B{sup 0}{yields}{eta}{eta}{sup '}){approx_equal}0.18x10{sup -7}, and Br(B{sup 0}{yields}{eta}{sup '}{eta}{sup '}){approx_equal}0.11x10{sup -7}, which are consistent with currently available experimental upper limits. We also predict large CP-violating asymmetries for the considered three decay modes, which can be tested by the future B meson experiments.
