We calculate the branching ratios and CP-violating asymmetries for B{sub s}{sup 0}{yields}{pi}{sup 0}{eta}{sup (')} decays in the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach here. We not only calculate the usual factorizable contributions, but also evaluate the nonfactorizable and annihilation type contributions. The pQCD predictions for the CP-averaged branching ratios are BR(B{sub s}{sup 0}{yields}{pi}{sup 0}{eta}){approx_equal}0.86x10{sup -7} and BR(B{sub s}{sup 0}{yields}{pi}{sup 0}{eta}{sup '}){approx_equal}1.86x10{sup -7}. The pQCD predictions for the CP-violating asymmetries are A{sub CP}{sup dir}({pi}{sup 0}{eta}){approx}-4.5%, A{sub CP}{sup dir}({pi}{sup 0}{eta}{sup '}){approx}-9.1%, A{sub CP}{sup mix}({pi}{sup 0}{eta}){approx}-0.2%, and A{sub CP}{sup mix}({pi}{sup 0}{eta}{sup '}){approx}27% but with large errors. The above pQCD predictions can be tested in the forthcoming LHC-b experiments at CERN.
