The limits of existence of two-phase regions for the systems hydrophilic solvent (acetone, acetonitrile, dioxane, isobutyl alcohol)-salting out agent (ammonium sulfate)-water have been determined by the method of ternary diagrams. The concentration ratios attained in the systems have been determined. Their use in extractive recovery of phenol has been demonstrated.
