Electro-magnetic transitions of the {Lambda}(1405)

Within the framework of the non-relativistic Quark--Cluster--Model we investigate the {Lambda}(1405). We study the electro-magnetic decays {Lambda}(1405){r_arrow}{Sigma}{sup 0}/{Lambda}{sup 0}, {gamma} and the K{sup {minus}}p radiative capture reactions K{sup {minus}}({ital p},{gamma}){Sigma}{sup 0}/{Lambda}{sup 0}. We find that the {Lambda}(1405) is basically a flavor-singlet, but that octet-admixtures are important in order to explain the experimental branching-ratios. {copyright} {ital 1995} {ital American} {ital Institute} {ital of} {ital Physics}.
