Materials Data on SrLaAu2 by Materials Project
SrLaAu2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two SrLaAu2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Sr is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au atoms. Both Sr–Au bond lengths are 2.92 Å. La is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au atoms. Both La–Au bond lengths are 2.78 Å. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to one Sr and one La atom.
