The paper describes two scintillation hodoscopes based on FEU-143 photomultipliers. Each of the two hodoscopes consists of eight elements 1400 nm long with a section of 56 x 56 mm. The time and amplitude properties were measured in real experiments at the U-70 IHEP accelerator in Serpukhov. The resolution will respect to the time difference between signals from two hodoscopes is 224 psec. Pions and protons with momenta of less than 1000 MeV/c are separated by their ionization losses.
