This study, conducted by Babcock and Wilcox, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The report shows the results of a feasibility study conducted to assess the rehabilitation of the Sakhalin TETs-1 thermal power station. The study includes the complete plant equipment and operations, and recommendation and budgetary pricing to upgrade to present standards.
