Federal radon activities inventory: Committee on Indoor Air Quality (CIAQ) radon work group, 1988--1989
In recent years, the concern over exposure to indoor radon has increased dramatically Consequently, numerous Federal agencies have become involved in radon related activities. The Radon Workgroup of the Interagency Committee on Indoor Air Quality (CIAQ) perceived a need for coordination of these various projects and in response developed this inventory to serve as a consolidated resource document on Federal radon activities. It is hoped that this inventory will promote better communication among the involved agencies. The Radon Workgroup member agencies have listed their current radon projects in the inventory. Each chapter of the inventory is devoted to one agency. Within the chapters, individual projects are listed under their appropriate office. To facilitate the use of this inventory as a resource document, an index has been included in which the projects are listed by key words.
