Requirements Document for replacement of the Fleet Management System (FMS)

Asset Management and LivIT have identified the Fleet Management System (FMS) application technology to be not supported in the near future by LivIT. In previous reviews of Fleet applications, it was determined to move more functionality toward Fleet Focus and make that application the centerpiece for Fleet Operations at LLNL. The scope of the project is to combine both FMS and Fleet Focus applications together.
